Pre-booking FAQs
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 30-45 days in advance, especially for summer treks (May-June) as our small groups fill up quickly.
What is the payment policy?
A 30% advance deposit is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance can be paid 15 days prior to the trek departure date.
Do you offer custom/private treks?
Yes! If you have a group of 4 or more, we can arrange a private departure on your preferred dates. Just select "General Inquiry" in the form.
How To Reach Us
Our expeditions typically start from Dehradun, Uttarakhand. Here is how you can reach our basecamp.
✈️ By Air
Jolly Grant Airport (DED) is the nearest airport, located 30 km from Dehradun city center. Regular flights operate from Delhi, Mumbai, and Bangalore.
🚂 By Train
Dehradun Railway Station is well-connected. The Nanda Devi Express and Shatabdi Express from New Delhi are the most convenient overnight/morning options.
🚗 From Dehradun to Kalap
We arrange a shared transport (Bolero/Max) from Dehradun to Netwar (approx 8-10 hours). From Netwar, it's a 4km scenic trek up to Kalap Village.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
- 30+ Days before departure: 90% Refund
- 15-29 Days before departure: 50% Refund
- 7-14 Days before departure: 25% Refund
- Less than 7 Days: No Refund (We recommend moving your dates)

We organize specialized leadership and team-building treks for corporate groups, schools, and colleges. Special rates apply for groups of 10 or more.
